Upon successful completion of this course, the candidate will be eligible to work as a Squash and Juice Processing Technician.

The Squash and Juice Processing Technician is responsible and expected to perform the following:
• Prepare and maintain work area and process machineries for squash and juice processing
• Prepare for production of squash and juice
• Produce squash and juice
• Complete documentation and record keeping related to production of squash and juice
• Food safety, hygiene and sanitation for processing food products.
